Welcome to the Immix Test my Device service. This is a simple way to test your device against the published integration library of Immix.

Why use Test My Device?
If you planning to monitor

  • A new integration that you don’t have installed on your Immix systems, or
  • Are deploying a new model type of an existing integration, or
  • Have recently updated the firmware of your device
this service allows you to test against our published library to make sure it's compatible.

How does it work?

Step 1: Be sure to review the SureView Support Portal first for the integration you are planning to test.

Step 2: Simply select the integration you wish to test, enter the connection details of the device and then hit “Test My Device”. Immix will attempt to connect the device and stream live video for cameras. If there are any errors these will be reported. We provide you with a link to a report that shows the system we tried to connect to along with a connection log including any errors if there was an issue.

Step 3: If you do experience an issue, simply open a support ticket and attach the report so the SureView support team can further assist you with troubleshooting your connection problem.
